Sínead Talley Imkuuhkirih
@imkuuhkirihSinéad Talley is a freelance Karuk, Yurok and Irish American mother, model, designer and basket weaver based in northern California with experience representing Indigenous fashion designers for print and runway in the U.S. and Canada. In 2020, she founded her beadwork and apparel line, Imkúuhkirih Designs, which combines traditional and modern materials and techniques to create pieces steeped in Karuk culture and homelands alongside contemporary aesthetics.
Sinéad has also worked at various levels of administrative support and coordination for projects centered on human rights, natural and cultural resources, and environmental justice. She holds a degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and earned her Masters in Environment and Community from Cal Poly State Humboldt in 2022.
