2022 Fashion Designers

This year we celebrate the 10th annual SWAIA Indigenous Fashion Show 2023. We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding to Santa Fe Native Fashion Week by SWAIA Indigenous Fashion debuts MAY 2-5th, 2024.

Santa Fe Native Fashion Week by SWAIA Indigenous Fashion premiers the first week of May 2024. This includes fashion symposia, a soirée and runway days showcasing the creative and innovative talent of Indigenous designers across North America, while featuring artists who merge the boundaries between art, design, and fashion. Contemporary Native American fashion is a vibrant and diverse field that reflects the ongoing creativity and innovation of Indigenous knowledge expressed through material culture.

SWAIA Indigenous Fashion Week provides space for Native North American designers and artists who had previously been overshadowed by the American fashion empire. Long term goals include Santa Fe to be known as the global place to view, experience and make business connections with the Indigenous Fashion Industry.
